Reality TV -good for your health?
I am wondering why I have such an affinity for watching reality programs. All in all, reality TV is devoid of bloodshed, violence, crime and other ills that plague cinematics and television programs. I feel healthier when I watch, reality TV, TV land, animal planet, discovery, PBS the old movies and the classics, and as little news as possible. Does anyone else finds this affects mood?
Reality TV lifts my mood because most of the time the people on the shows are so ridiculously insane or stupid that they make me feel better about myself
